Our Process

How We Powder Coat Wheels

01

Wheel Removal

Wheels are removed from the vehicle and tires dismounted for complete coverage.

02

Prep & Strip

Old finish is stripped, wheels are media blasted, and any damage is repaired.

03

Powder Application

Electrostatically charged powder is applied for even, complete coverage.

04

Bake & Cure

Wheels are baked at 400°F+ to cure the powder into a rock-hard finish.
